Highly motivated IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Information System Management and a minor in Marketing. With over 16 years of diverse experience in banking, data entry, customer service, and IT, I bring a well-rounded skill set. Currently a Junior IT Operations Technician at CBI, I leverage technical expertise and problem-solving abilities while actively pursuing front and back-end web development.
